Nothing crazy as cortisol is naturally elevated right now and we do not want to exacerbate it as that worsens PMS.
Simply want to move in nature. If that is not possible, an easy stationary bike ride or easy sm incline treadmill walk. NB if you walk or run on a treadmill often, you always want a slight incline otherwise it is like your body is running downhill.
