Like I wrote in the prenatal section, I am very proud of my post partum work as well. Being a classically trained dancer who now teaches fitness, I still wanted to work after I gave birth. Moving bodies safely is a priority for me.

Hence why, I have continued my studies of the body - Dr. Sarah Duvall is brilliant. So, follow along with my own healing + strength gaining after having birthed our Rohan.

I share this information, so that you know how important this work is to me.
