NB 1st Trimester: Delicate Time
The more my knowledge base expands on this subject, I resonate with Iyengar principles.
I do not recommend more than walking, breath work + meditation during the highly delicate 1st Trimester. There is one LTD video safe to do, besides watching the 101s - find all on the 1st Pre page.
from 2nd trimester on, I highly recommend moving as it will aid in your stamina for pregnancy, childbirth, child rearing + personal healing in all senses.
